The registrant remains the domain owner. (the email address you ordered the domain with at CIPC will remain the registrant address, we dont take ownership of your domain)
On the first order of a new customer, the current month's hosting is free when you transfer your domain to us.
Once we initiate the domain transfer request, the registrant (domain owner) will receive an email from ZARC (ZA Registry Consortium). The email will contain a link that you must click to approve the transfer. Once this step is completed, the domain will successfully move to our platform.
